Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) Review

In the event of a visa being Refused or Cancelled, we guide our clients for lodging an appeal with the Administrative appeals tribunal. The AAT is an independent administrative body that has the jurisdiction to review decisions related to Australian-citizenship, migration, refugee-visas, and other visa-related settlements. In the event of visa refusal or cancellation, we assist our clients in formulating a robust appeal to the AAT which includes all technical details regarding the visa application and a list of evidence that support why your visa should not be refused or cancelled. We have represented our client at the review appeal at the AAT and have successfully received a positive outcome for them.

I am really happy to get a positive outcome for my case through Future Migration Australia (FMEC). I got my student visa extension refused and had appealed at the AAT. I was really confused about where to go but luckily I got in contact with Mr. Harmeet Uppal for my case. He went through my case and guided me the step by step process. He was very thorough with my case and advised me accordingly. I had a regular meeting with him and had a detailed discussion about my situation. We were very well prepared for the Hearing. I answered all questions at the AAT completely and finally I got a positive result. Therefore, I will always prefer to go with FMEC and specially with Mr. Harmeet Uppal.

Thank you for helping me out from this situation. I will recommend others to visit them for the right Migration Advice.

Thank you once again Mr. Harmeet
